Exchanges / returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of your order without giving any reason, this is called the right of withdrawal. You will then receive a full refund within 14 days of cancellation. 

Many of our products are custom-made for you as a customer. Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This is stated in the product description.

Do you want to return the non-customised products?

Did you make a mistake with your order? Would you like to order something else? Or do you regret your purchase? Then you have to pay the costs of the return shipment. 
Did we not deliver the right product? Or is there something wrong with the order? Then we will cover the cost of the return shipment. Please contact our customer service first 024-8200706.

You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be refunded the full amount of the order including shipping costs. Only the return costs are to be borne by you.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, please contact us via We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning it.

If you want to order another product we would like to ask you to place a new order.

Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Products which we deliver from stock we try to ship within 2 working days. However, many of our products are produced especially for you. The delivery time of these custom made products is 3 weeks. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices mentioned do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the quantity of the products and the destination.  Shipping is done via our shipping partner. You will receive a message from our shipping partner when your package has been dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

It is also possible to pick up your order.

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens which entitles you to make a claim under the guarantee. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the guarantee, we will repair or replace it free of charge.


It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We would like to ask you to report any complaints to us by sending an e-mail to: If this does not lead to a solution, you can report your dispute via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

You can pay for your order in various ways. Currently we offer the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer: After confirmation of your order, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours, which you can pay by bank. After payment the order will be processed.
